About the Portsmouth Spring Wine Festival

Port FestEvents, LLC, based in Portsmouth, Virginia, is dedicated to creating the most beautiful and engaging community atmosphere in all of Hampton Roads, Virginia. The organization aims to bring diverse outdoor cultural events, festivals, concerts, and entertainment to Portsmouth, along with enhancing the waterfront experience at the Atlantic Pavilion Festival Park, located in Downtown Portsmouth on the banks of the Elizabeth River.

Port FestEvents is committed to providing public access to the waterfront, offering exceptional wine tastings, and developing vibrant public spaces. By doing so, the organization is helping to transform Portsmouth into one of the most progressive, fun, and livable waterfront festival communities in Virginia.

Visitors, workers, and volunteers from Portsmouth and the broader Hampton Roads area are invited to join in the fun and excitement of the 2024 season!
