Based in Portsmouth, Virginia, Port FestEvents, LLC is dedicated to creating the most beautiful and engaging community atmosphere in all of Hampton Roads, Virginia. The organization aims to bring diverse outdoor cultural events, festivals, concerts, and entertainment to Portsmouth, along with enhancing the waterfront experience at the Portsmouth Pavilion Festival Park, located in Downtown Portsmouth on the banks of the Elizabeth River.

Annual Hosted Events include: The Spring and Fall editions of the Portsmouth Wine Festival, The NSU Alumni Fest on the River, and The Portsmouth Jazz Festival – coming in 2027.
