Port FestEvents, LLC, based in Portsmouth, Virginia, is dedicated to creating the most beautiful and engaging community atmosphere in all of Hampton Roads, Virginia. The organization aims to bring diverse outdoor cultural events, festivals, concerts, and entertainment to Portsmouth, along with enhancing the waterfront experience at the Portsmouth Pavilion Festival Park, located in Downtown Portsmouth on the banks of the Elizabeth River.

The Norfolk State University Alumni Festival will be a premier coming together of NSU’s alumni in a fun outdoor setting. This event takes place at Festival Park along the Downtown Portsmouth Waterfront.
